You can have nice view of the falls if booked a fall view room. But the coffee maker machine was dirty inside.

We were disappointed that there was no parking for pick up trucks. The only option was off site with shuttle service, however, there was a fee per night for parking. Disappointed with the buff breakfast. It was extremely busy, the lines for the omelettes were very long, by the time you got a table with the regular buffet, your food was cold we were advised by the staff to take it back to our room and heat it with a microwave. We were disappointed with the wait time for the one elevator that went to the 18th floor. Extremely time wasting.

Like having the Keg on property and breakfast for guests. The room and view of the falls was great. Too much money for parking.

Worst Hilton ever. Great room, great views, convenient location. BUT, parking is FAR away and valet is EXPENSIVE! Breakfast is like a cheap hotel. Not even close to Hilton standards. Worst elevators of any Hilton! 10 minutes to get to main floor at 9 AM. Never staying here again!

Unfortunately, there were no rooms available for early check in. I asked 3 different times and was told nothing was available. I was not able to change for my meeting ahead of time. Overall the stay was good.

Fabulous two room suite. Well laid out spacious room that was very comfortable for our three night stay. Great gym, good guest laundry area. Definitely stay here again.
