They listen to opinions from low to high ranking associates and are always open to new ideas. They also have an open door policy, which allows for great communication. The executive team is also very humble.
Review from Operations Dept
Very focused on learning and growth of its employees
Showing recognition when hard work is put forth.
Their willingness to listen although they rarely act on contents of conversation.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Communication is very well done
Holding people accountsble and showing appreciation for exceptional work.
Understanding disabilty issues of its employees
In store they are fine, but they pass down the most asinine, crew-hating things from corporate "leaders" who have no recent practical experience in stores. WE NEED TO BE PAID AND PROTECTED, they keep us uncomfortable and at or near homelessness. Constant hour cuts mean all of us have 2-4 other jobs.
Management needs to pay more attention to what is actually going on, on the sales floor. Though stocking of the shelves is important sales associates can't give good customer service and stock shelves at the same time. This causes extreme frustration causing low moral and even hatred.

Very competitive salary package and benefits
Dental plan is extremely kmpressive and so is vision
Profit sharing and stock at a discount price
Review from HR Dept
Affordable, some even free for associates, well known and accepted in most offices
I feel undervalued because I am consistently asked to give up more of my life for the company and in return I get nothing except a worse work life balance. If I was getting a pay raise or more stock every year that actually meant something I might feel better about the situation.

The effort I give daily is worth way more than $15.
Walmart recently raised hourly workers compensation to $18 an hour and majority of HD employees make less than $17 an hour. HD Profits exceed Lowes by a significant margin yet 3*% is all we're worth?
Review from Customer Support Dept
Hard workers are treated the same as the worst employee innthe store.
Trained & loyalty should benefit rather than untrained newbies.

They care about each other
Want to have the best experience for the customer
We get our work done
Take care of this that need to be addressed.
Review from Marketing Dept
Most are really good and easy to work with. A couple of them have an attitude. They will not help and will report other employees to management for no legitimate reason.
Attitude, be truthful, be more accommodating, likewise for management.
Review from Sales Dept
Coworkers need guidance that isn't based on race, religion or national origin
Another needs to change here I don't have room to answer
Infinte room for growth is so rewarding

Diversity and equality at least they are trying
Management listens to the employees and tries to accomodate if appropriate
We are not rushed to do things and can work at our own pace
Hime Depot is a woke company that does not recognice talented employees. They need to manage mord effectively and appreciate dedicated workers.
Enthusiasm, inspiration, law of order, routine
They need to quit investing in the ceo
Better communication between management and the workers.
They forced everyone back in the office and the culture left. Executive leadership continues to force people out by not listening to the associates.
The Interviewer related the questions I was asked to their own experiences to reassure me that it's gonna be ok
How quick and seemless it was
Great experience and positive process
I received credit for my experience.
Its was quick and easy
Base hiring on competance, dont interview unqualified people for jobs and pick one of them
Review from Product Dept
It's decent,maybe add psych evaluations

Management needs to improve communication and stop acting like bullies.
Customers feel unseen because getting assistance is difficult and too often impossible.
Finding a worker to answer questions is next to impossible
DEALING WITH MY CUSTOMERS IN A FRIENDLY AND KNOWLADGABLE WAY
My coworkers because they make The Home Depot feel like a second home.
The fact that each day I go in I know I am working the best I can and feel as though I accomplished my tasks.
My co workers, and the benefit package
Availability of products I use at home
Review from Product Dept
MORE INCINTIVE TO GET THE HOME DEPOT CARD APPLICATIONS AND THE SURVEYS DONE WITH MY CUSTOMERS LEAVING WITH A GOOD EXPERIENCE
A greater focus on departmental training.
I would like to see the raise increase go up as I know we all deserve more pay.
Our store manager care more about his people and less about how good they can make him look.
Some of the management needs to be evaluated.
