We eagerly awaited for the doors to open punctually at 6:30pm. Initial thoughts, how are they going to serve a deluge of customers in a short amount of time? Wow - we were sat down and an army of waiting staff appeared and promptly took orders for drinks followed by food and everything was professionally executed - credit to the team on a very wet evening! The food was exceptional and an enjoyable atmosphere. Thank you to the entire front of house/behind the scenes team.

This was probably their busiest day of the year from Chelsea Flower Show. Good professional service, very cramped tables, noisy. Food was disappointing; prawns in tomato was too salty, lamb was overcooked (not medium rare as requested), vegetables OK, oranges with caramel lacked flavour and was too runny.

We’ve been coming to Caraffini for over 20 years. The food and service have always been excellent and continue to be so. It is our favorite restaurant in London.

My only complaint is that the tables, which are right on top of one another, resulted in a very rude (drunk?) man next to us making an inappropriate comment to us.

A true Italian staple. What can I say, I've been coming here for years and it is simply outstanding. Good food, amazing staff and consistent. Probably as close as you can get to a true Italian flare and cuisine. I always turn to Caraffini whether it is an easy dinner or special occasion and I am never disappointed

Sunny day so we had a glass of Prosecco outside circa 12.20 pm . Please note if arriving at 12 noon restaurant not open . Ate inside with table for 3 . Service was quick and efficient , food excellent . I like the location next to an excellent cafe for coffee if you arrive early . Happy to recommend .

Favourite restaurant in London. Hasn’t disappointed in more than ten years. Would have been a 5 star but service fell off due to it being a busy night. We were left sitting for a while at times and had to ask for a wine pour a few times.

Excellent food and service as always. Its such a wonderful Italian restaurant just off Sloan Square, always book in advance. Very popular with the local Chelsea set and visitors. Great food, caters for small or large appetites. Cosy inside seating and outdoor seating.

We have never been disappointed dining at Caraffini. Their pasta is so fresh it melts in your mouth. And, if your favourite dish is not on the menu they will make it for you. Some of our favourite dishes are the melon and ham and the quail eggs in creamed spinach to start. The pasta carbonara is out of this world.

The staff are very nice by the food needs updating and certainly the cooking. My calves liver and vegetables were all greasy. We ordered a cheese plate which consisted of several silly triangle of the same cheese and served with Jacob cream crackers!

Wish we had a Caraffini where we live in Florida! Superb cuisine! Wonderful wait staff. I give this a rating of 99 out of 100%. Just one suggestion…replace the bread with crusty Italian bread and Focaccia bread. Then it’s 100%!

Lovely, authentic Italian, staff are warm and welcoming. No loud background music but perfect to have a family or couple dinner and have a conversation. Plenty of customers and therefore lots of general background noise.

Great restaurant. It was full when we arrived, and full when we finished, and many people there seemed to be repeat customers, which says it all, really. Everything a restaurant should be and authentically Italian.

The restaurant was excellent with a lovely atmosphere and very helpful and attentive staff. The food was delicious and really well presented. The fettuccine alla rustica was probably the best tasting pasta dish I’ve ever had (and I’ve had plenty!)
