Cat People is a 1942 American horror
film directed by Jacques Tourneur and produced
for RKO by Val Lewton. The film tells the story of Irena
Dubrovna, a newly-married Serbian fashion illustrator obsessed with the idea
that she is descended from an ancient tribe of Cat People who metamorphose into
panthers when aroused. When her husband begins to show interest in one of his
coworkers, Irena begins to stalk her. The film stars Simone Simon as
Irena, and features Kent Smith, Tom Conwayand Jane
Randolph in supporting roles.

I understand wanting credit for the restoration but presenting it this way with the watermarks completely undoes the good of uploading a restored copy. All that work for making it pristine just to smear logos on it seems like a shame. If that's channel policy you ought to seriously reconsider.

1. MinimalisT ChanneL accepts the criticism regarding the watermark. However, this is a channel policy and it will not change.
2. All movies are optimized (color balance, sharpness, contrast balance) and resized for image quality by the MinimalisT ChanneL. That's the reason for lower resolution movies not filling up the screen.

Why bother to upload a "restored" version and then ruin it with your pesky logo in the upper right hand corner.

disappointing
I very much like cats, and was thrilled when I got to pat a tiger in a Chinese zoo, but normally I never watch horror films. The build up, most of the film, was good, but the climax just seemed inadequate.
