Good morning friends, a question, do you know how to download the old outlook? Because the new Outlook does not allow me to make a backup.

Thank you very much for your answer, then I confirm. He was not using Outlook currently, he was using a private suit but now he is going to use Outlook just for backup. We want to download Outlook to do what this Microsoft article says: https://support.microsoft.com/es-es/office/hacer-copia-de-seguridad-del-correo-electr%C3%B3nico-e5845b0b-1aeb-424f-924c-aa1c33b18833 The problem is that we can't follow these steps because when we download Outlook a new one appears with a different interface (New Outlook). I work with Windows 10

Thank you Abraham for the feedback. Just to clarify, you want to switch to classic outlook, right? While Logged into the new Outlook on your windows device, are you able to find the toggle option?
