All Executions (including cut weapons) in 0.01 Manhunt 2

It's weird how there wasn't a guillotine execution in the game. I'm not sure why they would cut it if they already had the animation in place

Not all of 0.01's executions are on-par with the final build's, but some of the cut ones are fantastic and should have made it in. This compilation should be helpful for finding differences between the early and release takedowns!
