Seth Gabel (born October 3, 1981) is an American actor.

Biography[]

Born October 3, 1981 in Hollywood, Florida, Seth was raised under the surname of his stepfather, who adopted him, Cosentino.

Gabel starred in the Universal Pictures coming-of-age drama, Take Me Home Tonight and his career revolved around recurring and guest starring roles in renewed television series such as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and Sex and the City. Gabel first starring role was in Dirty Sexy Money as Jeremy Darling.

He gained particular attention for his controversial role as Adrian Moore on the FX series Nip/Tuck created by Ryan Murphy. Other starring roles includes FOX series Fringe as Lincoln Lee and WGN America historical series Salem as Reverend Cotton Mather. Gabel also concurrently starred in movies such as A Beautiful Mind, The Da Vinci Code, and Jonah Hex.

Work on American Horror Story[]

Seth Gabel starred in a guest capacity as a fictionalized Jeffrey Dahmer, a serial killer and rapist who attends James March's Halloween ghost party at the Hotel Cortez in the fifth season of the series, titled Hotel.

Seth Gabel returned to the franchise in the episodic anthology series American Horror Stories, portraying Pastor Walter in the episode "Milkmaids" from the second installment of the series.
