Great food, outstanding & personalized service by the staff. Very attentive server! Celebrated my birthday & they acknowledged it with a card, complementary dessert & the manager stopped by to extend his wishes!! Ambience was great! Overall, it exceeded my expectations. Would definitely dine at Perry’s again. Everyone should try it!!!

We returned for the best Pork chop I’ve ever had per my prior review. We started with a Cesar. Spectacular. However, highly suggest stressing, lightly tossed dressing per prior review. The first set of Pork chops were not like the one I had in my prior review. My sons was cooked medium. He said it was the best he’s had until he tried my replacement in the following passage. I’m always going to be honest. My Chop came out severely dry. Dry to the point of the meat coming apart like a dry pulled pork. I’ve never seen it come off a chop like that. I unfortunately ate half. I was more interested in my son’s experience. After getting half way through the chop, it remained dry. Although not as bad nearing the bone. A steak or chop will always be more tender near the bone. The waiter asked and I shared the truth. He was amazing and insisted he take it back into the kitchen. The Manager or head of managing the kitchen, came out with another chop. This Chop was perfection in every way. Flavor, texture and temperature were spot on. It matched the prior review of “The best I’ve ever had”. Perry’s seems to want you to have that amazing experience every time. I sincerely appreciate that.

Had a wonderful lunch experience. Our server Tim was over the top! Very personable, knowledgeable about the menu and restaurant, and very attentive. We were a party of four and we all ordered the pork chop lunch special. Food was delicious except for one of the chops was undercooked and had a lot of gristle. We probably should have sent it back as it didn’t match our other well prepared chops. Definitely will be back. Hats off to Tim he made our meal a real treat.

We had dinner on a Thursday night, there were 4 of us. The food: filet, rib eye and sea bass were very well prepared. Our side dishes were mashed potatoes with butter only and corn brulee. Excellent choices! Creme brulee for dessert, great choice! We had lemon 🍋drop martinis and wine. The martinis were very good and we are fussy about our lemon drops. Chris was our waiter, very nice. We will be back and we live in Vernon Hills so this is great.

I’ve dined at the Schaumburg location several times, and have generally had good experiences there. I was reluctant to try the new VH location so soon after opening, but thought I’d give it a try. Our experience ended up being a “C”. Server seemed very inexperienced and confused about menu items. Food was good, but very expensive. Drinks took forever. A couple plates had fingerprints and the wine glasses were also smudged - unacceptable at this price point. I really like the Perry’s menu, but I won’t be going to the VH location again anytime soon. Will make the drive to Schaumburg instead.

Food was good. However, I ordered fillet medium but it came rare. This was fixed quickly. Service was great. But we thought Perry's is over-priced. Probably great for entertaining on a corporate expense account. But not for families.

Long wait for food from the kitchen. My food sat in the window so long it cooked the bearnaise on my plate and was no longer a sauce. Other entree came out cold.

We were excited to try this new restaurant in our area and decided we’d give it a shot for a special occasion. Waiter was nice and turned out a bit over bearing up until we ordered - then disappeared like he quit the job. Food was ok but not great - esp for the over inflated prices which were out of the stratosphere. 1arctic char was super salty, over seasoned and served in a pool of I don’t know what. Filet w crabmeat had to go back due to under cooking g and came back well done and crabmeat was burned beyond recognition . Dessert was pretty solid tho - dreamsicle cheesecake was amazing so kudos to the pastry chef. Overall it’s a beautiful place but lots of work to do on service and over-seasoning and undercooking food. And prices are about 20% over the top of many traditional steakhouses. Will be a while before we consider it again.

Great atmosphere. The steaks were high quality. We had the mac and cheese and creamed spinach as sides. The Mac and cheese was a little salty but was still tasty. We would go again to enjoy the bar area. It was beautifully designed.

Couldn’t be better. We were celebrating an anniversary so they put rose petals on the table, thanked us for bringing our friends with us and gave us complimentary desserts. The drinks were generous, a little pricey, the salad was huge, steaks were outstanding and cooked to our requests. Sides are listed as “for 2”, easily did 3 The real topper was the service. Our server, Sean, knew all the details and was able to answer our questions. Water glasses were topped regularly, we never needed to hunt him down. He’s in our request for next time. The only down, all the close parking spaces are reserved for the valets. We used valet but I heard people complaining about the windy walk from the other lot. Seems like the valet should be walking from the distance.

This was our first visit to a Perry's. My wife and I had an excellent experience. The Pork Chop is other-worldly... not sure I can ever order anything else there. The Ahi Tartar was excellent. Exceptional quality, texture, and balance. The craft cocktails were delicious. Much more than throwing ingredients together. They felt crafted. Nick, our waiter was attentive, friendly, and professional.

In a word, the food was excellent! I had Strip Steak au Poivre and my wife Filet Mignon au Poivre. We shared a side of loaded mashed potatoes. The steaks were tender and perfectly prepared. The potatoes were creamy, cheesy and delicious! The service was a bit of letdown. Although very friendly, our server seemed overwhelmed and not too organized. For example, we both ordered a cocktail to start off. I ordered a simple gin Martini, with blue cheese olives, and my wife a bourbon Old Fashioned, both ordered “up”. My wife’s Old Fashioned was delivered on ice, rather than “up” and arrived a full 5-minutes before my Martini, which arrived with regular, rather than blue cheese olives. The main course also took way too long to arrive. Our server came to our table at least three times to apologize, but still, for this level of restaurant, at their 5-star prices, this is unacceptable. The ambience was typical for a high-volume steak house venue, with tightly packed tables and moderate noise level. It appeared neat and clean. The menu selections were good, but in my opinion a bit overpriced compared to the competition. We each had only 1-drink, as single entree and shared a side. We had no desert, or after dinner beverages. Our final bill, including a tip, was approximately $250. If you don’t mind spending a bit of money, for truly excellent food, it might be worth a try.

Drinks and appetizer was fine but meal was late. We hadn't even asked about it and several people including manager came by to apologize. Manager gave lame excuse "food was not to chef's liking so he was re-cooking" and she said they would buy our desserts (which we weren't interested in so empty offer). We still had not received our 2 steaks (med rare and med) 15 mins later! I demanded they buy our dinner. Good luck!

This was the best Pork chop I’ve ever had in my life. WOW! Moist/Tender, seasoned perfect and cooked to perfection! I’m comparing it to Ditkas in the late 90s and Carson’s year to date. Both phenomenal in their own right. However, this is a whole other level. It’s visually spectacular too! Seven fingers high/thick! Here’s Perry’s description below…. This sweet, smoky, sizzling chop is cured, roasted, slow-smoked and caramelized, served with homemade applesauce. Cesar is phenomenal per my prior review. Add fresh pepper and ask for lightly tossed dressing. Chilled plate makes it very refreshing and a great start! Again, the wait staff are seasoned pros! Gals who greet you upon walking in, are ok. Not very welcoming and gabbing with each other. However once you’re seated, the service is impeccable.

Perry’s steak house hired the right gal to lead this impressive ship! Service was impeccable from the greet to wait staff. They’ve hired seasoned pros that matches the review below. My son and I had a spectacular experience at Perry’s. It was our first visit. The restaurant has a Vegas feel. It’s a gorgeous restaurant! We started with a phenomenal Caesar in chilled plates that’s large enough to split. Perfectly dressed and seasoned. Very refreshing! Our main courses were as follows… A NY flight of three different cuts. They were three ounces each. The A5 Wagu was the star of the show, closely followed by the domestic version of Wagu. Both were cooked and seasoned to perfection at medium rare! The Angus cut was overcooked a bit and had a sirloin texture. A fun dish that gives a taste of all three. I would opt for all A5 next time. We also ordered a 28 day aged prime NY that was probably the best I’ve ever had. Gibson’s, Morton, Ruth Chris, Sophia’s and others….We always as everyone, cut the excess fat off the NY. The fat on this steak was marbled with meat and melted in your mouth like clarified butter. It was the best NY I’ve ever experienced in my life! Lucky? Maybe. However if you get lucky enough, try a couple bites and experience a phenomenal burst of flavor. We added a Bernaise sauce to the NY accompanied by lumps of crab meat. Was a nice touch and elevated the dish. We also enjoyed two perfectly seasoned scallops that were cooked perfect! I was concerned that everything wouldn’t come out warm and it sure did. The desert was a large scoop of vanilla ice cream encased in a thick jacket of white chocolate. Surrounding the Vanilla ice cream encased in white chocolate, was a Carmel chocolate sauce with nuts. It was flambéed table side for a nice visual experience. It was ok for a finish. I would have preferred it less sweet and with Milk or dark chocolate surrounding the ice cream. They have other deserts that we will try upon our next visit!

I was with 2 friends and each of us had different cocktails and meals. Everything was amazing! Best Caesar salad, perfectly done filet and delicious Crème Brule. Our waiter Ricardo was attentive, knowledgeable and engaging. Going back to try the pork chop. Great addition to the area.

Perry's is a high end steakhouse with EXCELLENT SERVICE and VERY HIGH QUALITY food. The Filets were the best we have ever had!!! Portions are Very Generous! A great place to celebrate Mother's Day and a Birthday!

First time here for dinner and it was well worth it. The seasonal soup and koji steak were both phenomenal. We also ordered the pork chop per our server’s recommendation and it did not disappoint. Great tableside presentation and phenomenal taste!
