"You Will Only Break My Heart" is the third single to be lifted off Delta Goodrem's third studio album, Delta (2007 album) track number 5. It peaked at #14 on the ARIA singles chart, making it her first single not to chart in the top 3 since Be Strong. It was followed by similarly titled: I Can't Break It To My Heart.

The song was well received for its upbeat perky music and reggae vibe. It is called a "frolicking reggae finger-snapper", "a sense of fun in her music" and "follows through with everything from the fun electronica/reggae"
