The last line of Residents line isn't right. "Cómo es" means "How is?" but it is used when you are trying to remember something. Sort of like "How was it again?" "que dice el coro" translates to "What does the chorus say?". So it actually means "What does the chorus say again"
Gringo is slang for Americans in Spanish-speaking counties and the Landia means land. In other words "AmericanLand" stands for the United States
