CHEF IN RESIDENCE: NA NA THAI DINNER

Join us on June 15th for an exclusive dinner in the winery fireplace room with Nik and Ashley Ramirez from Na Na Thai and special guest Third Window Brewing. We will have a fabulous multi course dinner of Na Na Thai cuisine paired with Fess Parker wines. As a special treat, one course will be paired with a Pilsner from Third Window Brewing made with Fess Parker Home Ranch barley.Nik and Ashley Ramirez lived in Bangkok, Thailand for 4 years and had both their children while living in the bustling city. The name, Na Na Thai, comes from the street they lived on – Sukhimvit Soi 4, also known as Soi Na Na. All the while, they were captivated by the intense flavors of the city’s street food. In June of 2022, they began a series of weekly Na Na Thai pop-ups at Bar Le Côte in Los Olivos. Now, with a permanent outpost in Buellton, Nik and Ashley finally get to work together again.
