My block even has number of rats caught indicated on notice board. Monthly.
Not easy to get rid of rats since they get rid of hunting animals.

1 rat only NEA can order the whole kopitiam to shut down for cleaning. Meanwhile i see their own hawker centers full pigeons and other birds eating and shiating all over the place. Nothing is being done.
