San Churro names new Chief Operating Officer

He was previously the Chief Growth Officer at Minor DKL Food Group.

San Churro has appointed Jarrod Appleby as its new Chief Operating Officer.

Before joining San Churro, Appleby was with Minor DKL Food Group, the operator of The Coffee Club for more than a decade.

Appleby’s experiences revolved around human resources and operations. He was previously the Chief Growth Officer at Minor according to his LinkedIn profile. Appleby was responsible for operational alignment and marketing strategy of Minor's brands domestically and internationally. He also led The Coffee Club’s international portfolio spanning 14 countries and 150 stores.

Appleby will be reporting directly to San Churro CEO Kerri Wane.
