Hirasawa's 'Berserk' score is incredible. Don't know the history behind the pull, off hand, but Satoshi Kon edited what we'd now call an AMV of one of the score's many bangers 'Forces' to promote the show.

Oh wow! The Paprika soundtrack blew my mind 15 or so years ago but I never thought to look up the guy behind it. Despite the fact that I never knew about "laser harps" before this moment, I don't see how this music could have been created by any other instrument.
