I think Dom was worth a look, but I am off the Dom train. I feel like Goldschmidt can’t be worth much and I wouldn’t mind taking him on (say half his salary or something) and hoping for a bounce back. The Sox could use some right some righty thump.

Flemming skewering the Nats for choosing to pitch to Devers before AND after the hit. Lol, love it

Finally the long national nightmare is over.
What to do with Criswell when Whitlock returns, should be interesting.
Mom's day here.

Loved the pitching, and just enough hitting. Big win.

Whoa. I'd have thought Booser (despite being quite decent) would have been the first guy off the island. I like the move, it just surprises me.

Winck gone? Why not Chase? Quite a surprise to me. Winck has an option, and the FO is probably rightly assuming it can only be a matter of minutes before another pair of SP explode. Will probably stretch Winck out at the Woo.

Whoa. I'd have thought Booser (despite being quite decent) would have been the first guy off the island. I like the move, it just surprises me. Booser WHIP 1.13, Winckowski WHIP 1.56 the difference is HUGE. Booser is left handed too. I am not surprised in the least. Winckowski is good, but is always pitching with too many of his own runners on base which makes it hard too bring him into the game with runners on base. If he has stranded a good share of runners in the past fine, but the law of averages…. I have always wanted Winckowski to do well so it would make the Benintendi trade look better, but the two years that KC had him for $15ish million vs what the Red Sox did with the savings…IMO (is irrelevant as it is in the past).
