I had to cancel four tickets from Stockholm to Oslo (due to incorrect date) and rebook right at the airport. Because I booked through Travelocity, the airline wouldn't credit me on the spot for the tickets I'd purchased, and told me to contact the travel agent for credit. But the Travelocity reps have given me the runaround with one supervisor asking me, "Why should we give you credit when you're the one who made the mistake?!" But I was told by a previous rep that when I cancelled the tickets, I would receive a credit that could be used for a future SAS flight. After several calls, they say they won't apply it to the flight I had to rebook at four times the cost! I've asked several times to speak to someone in the US because Travelocity's Philippine-based customer service doesn't seem to understand they're supposed to help people. Each time they say they're going to connect me, they put me on hold for an inordinate period of time (20-40 minutes) before they disconnect me. This has been going on for a few weeks now. Does anyone know who I can contact in the US to discuss how I can get my SAS credit applied to the replacement tickets? I can tell you one thing...I will NEVER EVER use Travelocity for tickets again.
