Crystal Palace are considering sanctioning the sale of their star defender Marc Guehi in the upcoming summer transfer window, with the likes of Liverpool linked.

Over the last few seasons – Jurgen Klopp has turned this LIVERPOOL side from challenging for a top six side into challenging for that Premier League title – something that nobody could have predicted.

There is still alot of speculation surrounding the players that Liverpool will look to sign over the next few transfer window and that has led to some rumours in the media which have claimed that Liverpool and Manchester United are both ready to battle it out for the signature of Guehi – who has been impressing at Palace.

WHAT IS THE LATEST –

According to Givmesport – Crystal Plalace know the value of Guehi and would allow him to depart the club should an offer arrive that they simply cannot refuse.

The centre-back has only two years left on his contract, which means this summer may be his club’s final chance to sell him for a major fee.

The England international is reportedly worth more than the club-record £50million Manchester United splashed for Aaron Wan-Bissaka in 2019.

Guehi has been very impressive this season and it would be interesting to see if he could handle the pressure of playing for one of the big clubs in the Premier League.

And the fact that he would add depth to the squad for not alot of money – he could be a very good signing for one of the clubs that is chasing his services in the summer window

However – we feel that he is not a player that incoming boss Arne Slot may be interested in and is more of a Klopp transfer target.
