This is probably not super helpful, but in a really bad scenario you could probably make a level 1 half elf rogue in qeynos and run him over (half elf for night vision).
That being said, don't panic too bad. This isn't like original EverQuest where if you don't get your body it just poofs. From what I understand, after 7 days, it appears in the Eastern Commonlands. Can always play an alt for the time being if necessary.
I did not know this about your body appearing in EC after 7 days. Does it appear at the zone line to Freeport?
You know how when you zone into EC from West Freeport, there's a huge pile of dead bodies there? Often times with gear? From what I understand those are the corpses that expired. From what I understand staff members summon them there after 7 days. There's a few GMs who lurk this subreddit, so maybe they can chime in.
Typically you need to do an in-game petition to get your corpse summoned, but that’s where they’ll dump it when they get to it.
If you're gonna spend a lot of time in the Hole it's worth creating such a a character for dragging corpses and just leave them parked there with a bind outside.
When you have the time for the run I'd recommend a Brell Serelis worshipping halfling as they can easily squeeze through the entrance without a key, and worshiping Brell makes the elementals & rock golems ignore you so you can run around at full speed, dragging your corpse won't aggro them. The undead are not friendly with Brell though so gotta hide/sneak past them, and maybe the ratman as well.
Just /consent your dragger and login to them. You can get your corpse to the first drop off, then punch something & die to spawn outside and drag your corpse from the top of the drop off back to the zone in.

My rogue got so good at dragging in the hole. I could even find the invisible portal out so I can drag it to the entrance.
