The app idea is good but the process…
The idea itself it’s very good. But there are many things to improve: the customer service. Please understand that people are sending you clothes/DVD/Books and seeing them valued 30 cents (as in my cases with some books), it’s really bad. Plus clothes: I have made an order and out of 6 shirts, 0 were valued good. I can imagine you have very strict rules, but maybe it’s too much. So many people are disappointed with your service. If you are looking only for almost perfect clothes/books at least give them a proper value not few cents. Furthermore the customer service won’t help you: if they valued your item “not good”, there won’t be any help from the customer service. Also: I made a package with around 30 books, all together, but apparently 1 of those got lost. How is it possible? They were all together, in 1 box. And I read that this happens often. Maybe you should do something with this? I won’t be buying/selling anymore on your app, but I will give it another chance when the situation will get better(if). All the best.

They replied asking me to fill a form in order to complain to DHL for the missing book. But how is this DHL fault? I have put all the books together, in the same box. So unless the box arrived damaged and opened I don’t see how this is DHL fault.
