I'm an Australian looking to travel to Singapore and Malaysia for about 2 months.

Are there any travel insurance that don't require you to pay upfront for medical costs and reimburse later? Also looking for covid related coverage in case of hospitalisation and travel date/time changes.

Any other tips on travel insurance? Thanks.
