It’s the first time in our lifetimes that these two planets have aligned across these two signs. And as Jupiter is your ruler, this means its impact packs a bigger punch for you than others. Your social media presence, your business acumen, your website, podcast, TikTok, what you create, capture and collaborate on. Writing, photography, speaking, teaching and anything to do with business or communications, has the ability to move you into new spheres and get you seen and heard.

How you get around – your car, bike, commute, may also change. Or the devices you communicate with undergo a massive and powerful transformation. Enabling you to connect to more people and further. For you it could deliver news you have been waiting for. An offer or opportunity. Something game-changing is in motion now. This is a day for applications, launches and to embrace bold, fearless moves. To start or initiate something. From that conversation to that business plan. Don’t hold back.

This year also delivers a fated pleasure peak. The North Node remains in your 5th. The South Node in your 11th. Romance, holidays, hobbies, babies and children and your creative endeavours send you off in a new direction. There’s a feeling of a guiding hand across all of this. Dates to watch are February 19 when the North Node and Chiron meet in your 5th. And then April 4 when the Sun conjuncts the Node.

Hold fire on more pursuit – especially with regards to romance, on April 8. The Great North American Eclipse – a total eclipse in your 5th, occurs on this day. It will be visible from North America, Canada and Mexico. It also occurs when Mercury just so happens to be retrograde in here as well. This points to you being completely in the dark over something. And also to the possibility of the cover-up pre-dating the eclipse. Don’t ignore those inner whispers now. Especially if they are returning. Don’t dismiss anything that simply doesn’t sit right with you in terms of an explanation. Your intuition is your tool for looking beyond the eclipse black-out. Don’t leave anything to chance either.

Because this is a cover-up in your house of love, this is why you should hold off on that search or swiping right for now. Especially combined with the Mercury retrocycle. That person may not be what they first appear to be. I always advise people to turn to the Tarot for insight under an eclipse. It’s your light in the dark as symbolised by the Hermit’s lamp. And very often will confirm your intuition in a spookily accurate way.

Don’t worry about pressing the pause button on love matters during this time. You will more than make up for it as instead of just a month long partnership peak you get a whole year’s worth. May – June sees you set to attract no matter what as you also have Venus in your 7th along with Jupiter during this time.

Home and family matters fall under the eclipsed full supermoon in your 4th on September 18. This is only a partial eclipse. But wants and needs may be obscured. You may have to tease out someone’s true feelings. This requires a gentle approach. You may also be in self-protective mode. Super-sensitive to the moods of others. Don’t jump to conclusions and assume this is something to do with you however. Do share your own feelings candidly in order to gain clarity. Nothing is to be gained from keeping them to yourself.

Super retrograde weather dominates the final part of the year. Ruler Jupiter reverses on Oct 9. Mid birthday cycle you will also experience Mercury retrograde in your 1st. 2023 saw a long Venus retrograde in Leo and your 9th house of travel and all things close to your Sagittarian heart. The end of 2024 sees another rare retrograde take place in your 9th – this time Mars from Dec 6. Do make back-up plans if travelling anywhere. And if you are abroad, steer clear of anything risky. From that neighbourhood to that adrenalin-filled activity, Sag. You’ve had a free-wheeling year up until now which has favoured taking a chance. This new vibe however urges a little caution and pre-planning. Don’t leave home without it.

The Mercury retrograde isn’t all bad news. In fact it promises returns and second chances for you. Re-magnetising anything from a relationship to a desire for an experience or opportunity. Mercury will make not one but three key aspects to Jupiter during this retrograde. Plus both planets are in what we call ‘mutual reception’ – both are in each other’s ruling signs. So we say they are on the same page when this happens. Drawing to you something heart-starting between the first encounter – Nov 18, the second on Dec 4 and sealing the deal for you with the third and final one on Dec 26.
