***Accepting New Clients*** I have worked in the field of mental health for over 12 years, utilizing multiple therapeutic modalities such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) just to name a few. I have experience working with infants, children, adolescents, family's and couples with issues which include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress, trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, substance abuse, eating disorders, health and overall wellness.
I look forward to working with you to help build up your current strengths, develop goals to increase your overall daily productivity, as well as assisting in implementing those strategies to living a more fulfilled life and developing a sustainable lifestyle with adequate coping skills to manage a variety of life's stresses.
I provide a free 15 minute phone consultation for new clients. I believe a multi-modal approach to therapy is usually the best approach. My philosophy as a therapist is to assist each individual to be their most authentic self and live a fulfilled and wholeheartedly life. I look forward to hearing from you.
