If you’ve signed up for Hulu and downloaded the Hulu app, log in to start streaming your favorite shows and movies. Steps may vary depending on the supported device you’re using – learn more below:
TIP: The email address and password you use when signing up will be your MyDisney login. With MyDisney, you can use one email address and password to log in to services and experiences across The Walt Disney Family of Companies.
TV-connected devices
Logging in
To log in on a living room device using your email address and password:
- Open the Hulu app and select Log In from the Home screen
- Select Log in on this device
- Enter your email address and password, then select Log In
- Select your Profile and start streaming
Note: When logging in on your device, you may see the option to Activate on a computer – in that case, follow the steps on how to use an activation code.
Logging out
To log out of your account while using a TV-connected device:
- From the navigation bar, select Settings
- Scroll to the left or select back to open navigation bar
- Select Log out
- You’ll be asked if you’re sure you want to log out – select Log out of Hulu
TIP: When on the Home screen, select back while in the navigation bar to be prompted to exit the app.
Mobile phones and tablets
Logging in
To log in on a mobile phone or tablet, follow the steps below:
- Open the Hulu app
- Select Log In on the Home screen, then tap Log In with Hulu
- Enter your email address and password, then tap Log In
- Select your Profile and start streaming
Logging out
Ready to log out? Follow the steps below:
- Open the Hulu app
- Tap the Profile icon on the upper right corner
- Tap Log out of Hulu at the bottom of the screen
Computers
Logging in
To stream Hulu from your computer, log in using the following these steps:
- Visit Hulu.com from a supported web browser
- Click the Log In button in the top-right corner of the Home page
- Enter your email address and password, then click Log In
- Select your Profile from the list and start streaming
Logging out
If you’re using a shared computer — whether you’re at school, your office, the library or anywhere else you may be sharing a screen — make sure that you log out after your session.
To do so:
- Hover over your Profile in the top-right corner of the page
- Click Log Out

If you're having trouble logging in, remember that you will use your MyDisney login on Hulu. With MyDisney, you can use one email address and password to log in to services and experiences across The Walt Disney Family of Companies. Please keep in mind that updating your email address or password on one service will also update your MyDisney login details.
