I am a very frequent flower and user of this app. It used to be that the app was great. The latest revamp has introduced a number of issus. The single most annoying problem is that clicking pin boarding pass crashes the app. Long ago it had that problem then they fixed it for several years but now it is back. Been that way for several weeks now. Hopefully they fix that, because it is a very convenient feature.

What a horrible design change on the May 3 update! Why can't you leave well enough alone?? The font is smaller and harder to read. The seat map views are ugly. The colors and blue used have less contrast. Space is wasted on the "cards" and don't line up in sensible columns like it used to. The app has gone rapidly downhill in recent releases. The app is crashing constantly still and that hasn't been fixed but we get investment in horrible, unnecessary UI redesign. Just stop and fix the bugs!

The app worked perfectly fine before the last update. Now there are bugs in pretty much every operation of the app. If you upgrade with plus points the app requires you check in again. Then goes thru some weird process of adding you a second time to the booking. My 3 flight segments are scrambled and not in order. If I select view itinerary the app closes out entirely. I keep getting clear cache alerts. Also "something has gone wrong" alerts and the app closes. Again no issues before.
