Manage your trip online and save time

You can do many of the things you call us about online or in the American app. It's easy and convenient – just find your trip using your confirmation code or log in to your AAdvantage® account.

Here are just a few of the things you can do online:

  • View your trip details
  • Choose your seats
  • Check in for your flight
  • Add additional services to your trip like a wheelchair, an infant in lap, or a service dog or carry-on pet
  • Request special assistance

And that's just the beginning! With our online tools, you can manage your trip your way, without having to pick up the phone.

Worldwide phone numbers

You may be charged a service fee for trips ticketed by our Reservations offices, airport ticket counters, or travel centers in certain countries or regions.

Not all international calls to American Airlines are toll-free. Cell phone rates may be higher than landline rates.

In some locations, a General Sales Agent (GSA) may handle marketing, ticketing, sales, and reservations on behalf of American Airlines.
