I'm doing a complete jungle workout."

He has been dedicated to working out with cardio and weightlifting since the '90s, Men's Health reports. Kravitz has also trained with personal trainer Dodd Romero in Miami. While Kravitz is not based in Florida, he does train with Romero via FaceTime.

"I'd rather be outside and in nature than being cooped up inside a gym," he said in an interview with Men's Health in 2020. That's not to say you'll never spot him in the gym, though, and in 2023, he was spotted inside Equinox in Manhattan. "He was really working out and… strength training," a source told Page Six. "He was very friendly and talked to everyone who said hello to him. He declined photos, but he was very friendly and very nice."

Some of the exercises he is known to do include Dumbbell Curls, Dumbbell Bench Press, Bodyweight Squat, and Pullup-Position Knee Raise. He will work out up to six days a week – so he is seriously committed, and his ab photos on social media also prove he is very confident when it comes to showing off his muscles.

What Diet Does Lenny Kravitz Follow?

If you want to follow Lenny Kravitz's diet, be warned: it's very restrictive. He follows a plant-based lifestyle and was named PETA's most beautiful person in 2022. Kravitz also eats many of his vegetables raw, and according to GQ, he cuts out fruit sugars periodically. Not only this, but the rocker takes things one step further by growing his own food on his properties in Brazil and the Bahamas.

"A great blessing of living here in the Bahamas is I'm able to grow my own food. So I have a garden where most of this food comes from," he said. "As you can see, I'm vegan, primarily raw. I have done extensive raw diets where I eat raw for a year. I'm very careful about what I put in my body and how I take care of my body."

The musician shared a glimpse into his diet when he chatted with Men's Journal and revealed he loves good juice.

"As far as nutrition goes, I have a Champion juicer with me at all times. I'll hit the organic market or the farmer's market and pick up some spinach, kale, carrots, beets, garlic — it really promotes great health," he said.

"But I love good food, too. There's a big, fat, greasy man inside of me. I live in Paris half the year, and I love indulging in pastries and fine foods and wine and Champagne. If I do cheat, it's usually with something pretty outrageous. Then I get it out of my system and get back to trying to stay fit."

As for what his favorite activities include? "I do a lot of bike riding for cardio and jump roping, weights, and so forth," he shared. "Then as far as beauty routines, it's all very natural. I don't use a lot of products. I was in the Bahamas for the last two years — I am not there now, I finally got out, but I was there for the better part of the pandemic — and I really survived on clean, fresh water; coconut water, and aloe vera that I have in my yard."
