- Rachael WEnnis, Ireland27 contributionsMy dad and I had a brilliant time here recently! I absolutely loved this park which is a not for profit operation. Your funds go towards providing dolphin therapy for disabled children which I thought was brilliant.
The park also runs conservation projects, and looks after the animals very well. They all looked very healthy and happy.
We took a VIP tour which was excellent value. Got to meet dolphins, birds, lemurs, giant tortoises and more with photos included.
Had a tshirt bag and snack too! My dad was happy and surprised they had a 2XL t-shirt just for him.
Such a clean and welcoming place and id definitely go back. The tour size was perfect and the guide clearly cared for all the animals and knew so much about them.

This is one of the most famous beaches in Benidorm ,the other being Levante Beach which is associated with the New Town ,Pontiente Beach is a wonderful blue flag beach as are all the beaches along the coastline here in the Costa Blanca ,we are currently in Benidorm ,it's sweltering ,it's fantastic ,Mediterranean Sea is like stepping into a heated swimming pool ,this beach is packed , I even witnessed people swimming here at 2am in the morning as my twin brother Stephen and I were enjoying iced cold beers in a bar overlooking the beach ,strange ,I suspect slightly dangerous but cool and fascinating at the same time,if you're planning a holiday to Benidorm it's a beach to most definitely check out .Written August 4, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Drhares21 contributionsWe visited as a family (2 x adults, 2 children 7 & 5)
I'd read about some of the negative reviews so was hoping for the best, and we certainly got the best.
We bought tickets online in advance. Got there when the park opened and went straight in. Lockers are €6 or €9 to rent for the day. No big deal really. Yes you get a 6 digit pin on a piece of paper, we used a biro to write it down elsewhere (towel label) so we didn't lose it.
The slides were all fantastic. Loads of ranges to suit loads of ages. My youngest lived the splash area. One slight disappointment was that we measured my elder child at 127cm before we went. A lot of the bigger slides you have to be 125cm. Sadly she was coming up just short on their measuring sticks. However you could take the view that this is a good thing from a health and safety point of view.
Staff were all well trained and safety conscious. I suffered a bit of bruising from some of the fiercer slides, but it's a thrill experience, there's always going to be risk of that.
We didn't experience any queue, at all. The longest we waited for any ride was cyclone which was about 10 minutes. However we visited at the end of September the day before they were due to close for winter. The place was clearly set up to take a lot more visitors, and I shudder to think what it must be like in the high season.
All of the pools and slides use salt water, but from an environmental point of view that's fine by me.
Overall a fantastic day out and will definitely go back. I'll certainly try again to avoid the busiest time thoughWritten September 25, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Let's Go!Essex, UK515 contributionsThis place has beautiful views in both directions and is worth a visit. There a multiple steps down to the lower viewing area so may not be suitable for all. Of note, there was a man collecting signatures and donations, he had a card stating he was deaf and dumb. Some of our party gave a small donation which he put in his pocket, no sign of a collection tin, make your own mind up about that.Written December 4, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Maz A44 contributionsThis was a beautiful sight to behold. I walked ip the steep hill from the main strip in beindorm. The views are spectacular. Ensure you take sufficent drinks and supplies as it was extremely hot. The walk took me a bit longer than the suggested 40 mins to the top as I had to keep stopping. Once at the top it was so picturesque and tranquil. Walking down was much easier and I enjoyed a much needed drink at the end.Written April 20, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Sam Adison18 contributionsBooked the combined ticket through the Ultra All Inclusive package. Good value as part of a package, but a lot of money if not. Natura is definitely the better part of the package. A very small habitation though for the animals and their need for space and stimulation isn't really taken into consideration. Some animals were alone in their cages, without a pairing, which is heartbreaking.Written October 26, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Martin Campbell16 contributionsNice boat ride out, it put the time in however the island is covered in rubbish and seagulls.
