CUNY Baruch College Reviews
Rating 3.67 out of 5 1,457 reviews
Baruch is a good commuter college for college students want to have careers in the business field. They also cater to other careers, but business is what they are known for. It is very accessible when it comes to transportation, food, and resources outside of the school; however, more student life activities that are convenient within a certain timeframe would be better and having more wide range of professors in each course than ones who has been teaching their for a while and loss their passion in teaching. More lively and helpful professors can go a long way.
I actually enjoy Baruch. Its diversity attracts me everyday. I enjoy everyone’s company and meeting new people. The professors are a little grouchy or annoying at times but most are very generous and understanding. Overall Baruch is a fantastic school it’s given me experiences I genuinely enjoy such as seeing clubs, going to games, going to fairs, getting free or low prices tickets to skate, the movies, theater, etc. Go Baruch!
The thing I love about Baruch is that everyone has a place there, no matter how or with what you identify. Recognizing that helped to avoid so much anxiety that comes with going to college. You don’t have to fit in because everyone does! The classes themselves? Super interesting and engaging options, so many learning and hands-on experience opportunity. So many aid options for those in need. I’m happy to be a Bearcat and I’m excited to see where the rest of my college education takes me.
