My experience at SJU was rather pleasant. During my time here, covid protocols were in place for all but my first semester (right before covid happened). The staff was willing to adapt despite the challenges that were being presented and worked hard to provide a good education. When things started to go back to a semi-normal functionality, the staff was more than understanding about helping to bridge any gaps in knowledge that may have resulted. One thing that I am excited to continue to see is the growth of student life. With the building of the new student center, it is now easier than ever to locate the necessary people in order to join a club! It is so easy to get involved.
St Joseph University is a small campus, which I love. The teacher to student ratio is good. The variety of programs and clubs is also good. I am currently studying computer programming and I love the classes. As I enter my sophomore year, I plan to major in this area. The expertise and easy access to advisors is important.
My experience at St. Joseph’s has been truly amazing. I’ve learned so much about myself. Swimming St Joseph’s has been amazing being a student-athlete has taught me a lot about myself. I think professors are great, though I wish there was more student life on campus. I think being at such a little school is great.
