We really enjoyed the Sugarbush Heritage Park, however, I couldn't give it a 5 star because there was no "wow" factor. The trails were nice, easy and level. The trails were well shaded and cozy amongst the trees. Definitely a nice place to visit

Really nice trail, it’s a dirt trail and not pavement which I prefer more for hikes. It’s not 100% stroller friendly but you can still manage to maneuver over pass rocks and tree roots. There’s several paths to choose from and they end up connecting and leading to the same direction so you can’t get lost. It can take you approximately 45mins-1 hour to walk from start to end. There’s also several parking in the lot and a playground.

Awesome place for a small family hike close to your home. Clean air and quiet place in the middle of the busy city. Trees are starting to turn yellow. I hope the peak is coming in a week or two.

Busy community park and wood! Noise since it's beside HWy7. A lot of unleashed dogs and irresponsible owners. Of you want to do a leisure walk after dinner or in the morning it's fine. Not ideal for a serious hike or walk.

A pleasure to still see trees in a suburban neighbourhood. Well done to Vaughan for keeping part of the sugarbush. Pleasant and easy trail for elderly, families and singles.

It was very nice, and there was lots to see. We saw some animals at one point. it is very good for taking a stroll, and I recommend it. It was a little buggy, but no one can control that. But, it was very good overall. I walk in the park about twice a year. It is very nice.

Well thought out nature walks. Big parking lot with restrooms before you head in. Usually isn't too busy so it can be nice and quiet.

This place is very beautiful for walking or hiking with tall trees which make it a unique place to visit .I went there on a rainy day but I really enjoyed my trip and did not get mud on my shoe .It is very nice for photography as well.

A number of years ago when the family that owned this property decided to sell, rather than having it become another development, the TRCA and the City of Vaughan purchased the property.
Up until that time there was an active maple sugar operation on the property - if you walk it's extensive trails through the forest from time to time you can still see remnants of the sugar maple tree tapping used to drawn out the maple syrup.
While the park has primarily been left in its natural state, there a number of very pleasant trainls to walk through the area. You will find yourself in the midst of countless majestic old trees. A great place in either summer or winter for photography.

There is no charge. It is a public area. However it is not large so don't expect a "huge park". Hope this helps.
