Bob meets the Jacksons' neighbor, Buck Thorn (Clarence Brooks), who says that he'd offered to buy the Jackson ranch but was rejected.       Audience Member Pretttttty standard faire for a singing cowboy flick (besides the all black cast). Good songs, and Herb Jeffries is absolutely charming - I just wish he had a bit more focused screentime and character development.
