Lady Gaga2013年12月4日，Lady Gaga发推文称她期望将这个MV做到“尽善尽美”而且不同于她以前所有的尝试，并称内容“非常私密”。在MV并未如期发布以后，Lady Gaga在其专属社交网站Little Monsters上声明，公司只给她一周的时间准备和完成MV，就像Applause的MV一样，而她希望有更长的时间来准备这个MV，以发挥出她的创造力。
