    The devices still exist, but otherwise the company has moved on and left that portion of their business behind.

    If you want apps there are a few native apps that can be downloaded and then sideloaded. Otherwise you find Android Apps designed for Android 4.3 (nothing newer) and you have about a 30% shot at them working.

    Sure. You just need a modern phone. It's not going to work on a BB10 phone.
