CAN I CLEAR THE 'RECENTLY WATCHED' HISTORY ON MY TV APP?

Yes! You can clear your 'Recently Watched' history on your TV app by going to 'Settings’' section.

WHY AM I UNABLE TO STREAM SHOWS ON MY TV? THE WEBSITE AND THE APP ARE WORKING FINE.

Have you checked your internet connection? If all’s well there and you're still encountering streaming problems, please restart the TV app. If the problem still persists, send us an email with pictures of the error message/what you see on the TV screen at support@voot.com , and we’ll get right to it.

ERROR MESSAGE: VIDEO NOT FOUND; LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING’S WRONG ETC...WHY CAN I NOT SEE THE CONTENT?

If you can't see your favorite shows on your TV, clear the app cache on the device. You can also try restarting your device. If both these solutions don’t solve your issue, please send us an email at support@voot.com with pictures of what you see on the TV screen and we'll try to get this sorted for you.

IS THE STREAMING FREE? I’M GETTING A 403 ERROR EVERY TIME.

Most definitely free! Please send us pictures of the error messages you see on the TV screen at support@voot.com and we'll try and fix this.

WHY IS THIS SPECIFIC EPISODE NOT WORKING?

WHY IS THE VIDEO RESOLUTION SO LOW?

If you feel like the video resolution is too low, try changing your video quality on the device as per the device setting specification. That should bring up a list of video quality options to choose from! Still not working right? Send us an email with pictures of what you see on the TV screen on the device video resolution settings section at support@voot.com. We’ll take it from there.

WHY IS MY APPLICATION HANGING?

Try clearing the saved app data as well as cache on the device and then restart the device. If you’re still facing the same issue, send us an email at support@voot.com.

WHY DOES MY APPLICATION SHUT DOWN AUTOMATICALLY?

If your app is shutting down automatically, try clearing the saved app data as well as cache on the device and then restart the device. If you’re still facing the same issue, please write in to us at support@voot.com.

WHY CAN'T I REGISTER TO THE APP?

If you can't register on the app, restart your device and try again. If the problem persists, write to us at support@voot.com, with your details.

The APP IS CONSUMING TOO MUCH DATA

If the app seems to be consuming too much of your data, try changing your video quality settings on the device. That should bring up a list of video quality options to choose from. Did that not help? Send us an email at support@voot.com with more on this.

WHY IS THE VIDEO NOT LOADING ON MY APPLICATION?

If the videos aren't loading on the app, try clearing the saved app data as well as cache on the device and then restart the device. If that doesn't help, but your Internet is working, send us an email at support@voot.com.

WHY IS MY VIDEO NOT BUFFERING?

If the videos aren't buffering on your app, try clearing the saved app data as well as cache on the device and then restart the device. If that doesn't work, but your Internet connection is functioning perfectly, send us an email at support@voot.com about this, and we'll try to find a solution.

WHY IS MY SEARCH BAR NOT WORKING?

If the search bar in your app isn't working, try clearing the saved app data as well as cache on the device and then restart the device. If that doesn't work, but your Internet is functioning perfectly, send us an email at support@voot.com. We'll have our best teams working on resolving this.

SHOWS NOT AVAILABLE IN INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS. WHY IS THIS?

Unfortunately, if you're outside India, then you won't be able to access our library of shows. We’re slowly building our reach – bear with us, we can’t wait to be a 100% available wherever you go either!

WHY IS THERE NO SPORTS CONTENT AVAILABLE?

Unfortunately, we only showcase content that we believe we handle best - so there's no sports for now!:)
