Catherine Hartung Obituary

Catherine Riley Hartung, of Marion Manor, formerly of Green Tree City, died Saturday, Oct. 23, 2004. Beloved wife of the late Raymond A. Hartung Sr.; loving mother of Raymond (Alexis) Hartung Jr., Harry (Dolores) Hartung, Catherine (Donald) Militzer Sr., Agnes "Addie" (William) Hook and the late George Hartung; also survived by 13 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, James, the Rev. Harry, Austin and Daniel Riley; and a sister, Anastasia Nuttall. Friends received from 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at the WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, 1650 Greentree Road, Scott. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Margaret of Scotland Church. Interment in Queen of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the Raymond Sr. and Catherine Hartung Scholarship Fund at Bishop Canevin Catholic High School, 2700 Morange Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.
