Just a blah atmosphere. It really doesn't have very big selection of slots. The craps table is way too crowded. Need another one for those that like to play California craps.

I see quite a few 'raters' really didn't have a good time here but we are going back for sure. We found the smaller style casino more enjoyable since we aren't there to be seen, socialize or for the shows. I just want to play and hopefully win money, which we did. It does take a while to get there since it is off the beaten path but for us, it was worth it. And a real positive is the fresher than most interior air. If you can't stand cigarette smoke, you will enjoy this location...they did a great job on the air conditioner. The food court was surprisingly good with healthy portions and fresh ingredients (which we didn't expect). The food is a bit pricey but so is everywhere else these days. Had a good time, won money which paid for lunch and brought home even more than we had. If you go to gamble, you really should be prepared to lose, and lose it all. Casino's are designed to take...not give.

There’s literally nothing good to say about this casino. My advice for anybody coming is to not use a players card. They are so adamant about you having one but you get almost nothing being a higher tier player. They just want to track how many Penny’s they give back for every dollar spent. This dump has to be paid for already just by seeing how much they take. If you like slot machines with broken buttons and volume that you can’t control then this is the place for you. Rarely any new machines as well it’s been the same machines from the beginning. I guess it’s like that saying “if it isn’t broke don’t fix it. I’m curious why this place doesn’t add any of the newer slot machines so can the person from harrahs who reply’s to these messages please Inform us why they keep the same broken down slot machines? The Me-wuk’s need to get together with harrahs to get this casino more up to date cause this place is so predictable. Take a look at the blackjack tables they have censors where the hand is supposed to go you’ll see the rectangle at the table Hence why they want you to use a players card cause it just goes to the automatic shuffling system. Which is tracked to your play when you give them your players card. The most luck I have is when they have to hand shuffle the decks funny how that works.

I would never come here again!!!! The atmosphere is so depressing. $400 gone in 20 minutes!!! I cannot believe it! 2.5 hour drive to come to a place half empty, no music, and the people there were like walking zombies. Save your money and go to Sky River in Elk Grove.

The employees are friendly, the servers are great on punctual. The casino for pay outs, no! My dad and I have put in thousands of dollars with an 800 win twice. They will take your money all day. To make a casino fun, at least let us play for a couple hours. 100$ is gone in about 5 minutes. NO JOKE!! Wait for Sky River in Elk Grove. Save your money

I read all these reviews people saying clean and friendly staff well that’s all fine and dandy but when you throw hundreds of dollars into a machine and never get a bonus what’s the point I’d be friendly too if I was winning but lots of the times you can’t even hit a bonus. You go to a casino to have fun but the fun just isn’t at harrahs. I’m there almost daily because I live close by but the only thing that’s worth it is collecting my 15 bucks free play that you can collect for up to two weeks if you choose table bets. But even then I lose so often with great hands. This casino isn’t it if you are looking to get a nice amount of pay back it’ll just drain you guys. I’ve been going to Jackson rancheria to put my own money back into lately which what do you know I’ve actually been getting bonus rounds and winning money. I’ve done a review on yelp before about harrahs and a week after I hit good but ever since then I’ve thrown my own money into that place and just lost so my review is stay away from this place you can’t make money here

I voluntarily excluded myself on 2/8/2021 for a year due to personal reasons. On 2/9/2022 I was welcomed Back in the front door and been doing so until tonight when I hit a jackpot for $1300.00 and was denied the money because I didn’t reinstate my self which is not in their policy to do so

So, one more time! Louie Oliver's messed up. Korean Ribs... 3 of them not even considered ribs (tonight).
Two days ago..Korean ribs so over done they crumble when touched and instead of fried rice there was some kind of mashed crap. I ENDED UP EATING A PBJ SANDWHICH...this after traveling 46 miles and ready to eat dinner.
What is going on at this place?
TODAY
Recieved our food to-go and the waitress forgot the water asked for. Went back and communicated with the young lady at the podium that the water was missing ans she said "you can get some on the floor". Wow! The whole purpose was to have it in a plastic cup, ice and a top.
Why should we have to get water from off the floor, when we not 3 minutes ago recieved our order from within the establishment and requested it when ordering?
We've noticed that the attitudes of the front employees are different, if not to say rude, when we come. I'm starting to think it has something with us being African-American, especially after this water incident.

The positives of this small casino.
You can use your Caesar’s players card.
A full body temperature scanner at the entry for COVID-19 and metal scanner.
Every other machine was closed for COVID.
There were non smoking sections.
The casino was new and clean. It was also regularly being cleaned.
A fair amount of Buffalo games - for those who enjoy this game.
An easy drive from the Bay Area.
On the down side.
The rate of return/RTP was very low. Lower then any Indian casino I have played at. Same for the people I spoke to, playing around me. I tried a dozen + different machines around the casino floor.
The vibe is somewhat somber and the music is not fun.
They have a limited variety of games to choose from - a bit on the boring side.
You pay for your drinks.
I have been jaded by Vegas and all of its fun aspects - including a very fair and entertaining level of RTP.
I have also enjoyed my playing experience a lot more at the Indian Casino North of Sac.

Yawn, the drive up was more exciting than this place. The SINAGE directing here IS NOT easily noticeable so CAUTION especially if ur coming at night! We were happy to check out a new spot but the mojo here wasn’t exciting. We were immediately disappointed to know the club reward does NOT give FREE slot play bummer! IG their point system is setup for quick comps instead. The staff is hospitable & take sanitation serious. It’s one big open area & the slots are mostly newer progressives. We heard a jackpot winner be announced but none of the people around us were winning anything noticeable & that was for the entire 3 hours we stayed. This place is definitely missing THE WOW FACTOR. No, don’t see any reason to go out of my way again.

I was curios how Harrahs responded to my review, and I see they haven't. I received a follow up email after my visit, with a link to review here at tripadvisor, but after taking the questionaire and trying to post my negative review, suddenly my internet connection was lost, as was my link for the survey.
The security dept.'s actions were inexcuseable, and the machines are beyond tight.
Im not sure where these positive reviews are being generated at, but Im real and a gambler, you folks are alerted, something is wrong here. Very wrong.
