I found my perfect partner in life

I found my perfect partner in life. It’s not an easy thing but if you have a good profile with good and real photos of yourself, there are better possibilities of finding the right one. You also need to be very picky and only communicate with those that take their time to write a profile and have photos of themselves.

I was suddenly blocked from the site…

I was suddenly blocked from the site and issued a refund with no explanation what so ever. Prior to this I had stopped receiving e-mail notices from the site and was speaking to customer service through their e-mail. Prior to that I had complained I wasn't getting the verification mail when trying to log in. They manually got me in on that occasion. It was next day I told them I still wasn't getting e-mails notices, the next morning I was blocked and refunded. Apparently if you complain too much they deem you don't deserve to meet anyone. Just put up with their poor site and don't complain or you're gone. What kind of people do this??? Why can't they fix their tech issues?
Highly recommend you steer clear of this one. They have bad tech, and admin with bad attitudes.

I've been unceremoniously blocked

I have been working with the Zoosk website for at least 6 months. I had just renewed my subscription when I was unceremoniously and with out any explanation blocked. I contacted their customer service and the only thing they said is that there inconsistencies. They asked for me to prove who I was by sending my drivers license which I did right away. The next communication said I have to contact a different customer service which I did. AND now nothing for days.

Zero stars

Zero stars. Site and customer service is crap! You receive fraudulent messages from fake people. I was promised a refund and they never issues one. So they basically steal money from consumers.

I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT AND NO ONE FROM ZOOSK RESPOND TO MY EMAILS AND THE PHONE NUMBER IS SHUT DOWN.
I STILL CAN NOT GET INTO MY ACCOUNT AFTER CHANGING MY PASSWORD. THIS IS THE MESSAGE I GET-WITH SOMEONE ELSE'S ID NUMBER AND SOMEONE ELSE'S COMPUTER IP ADDRESS.

Scammer

Joined the website 2 years ago. not only members from other dating sites were entering this websites but when i tried to cancel and it did not work, i was still paying....after many emails to explained the situation, i was still being deducted money . i also was at the end of my debit card, got a new one and they were still debiting the monthly charges!...... I managed to block the charges only by phoning my bank who blocked the direct debit. Was a very scary experience! That makes Zoosk a fraud.

Dating Sites Are All Scams!!! This site and a few others I've been on…

This site and a few others I've been on are all scammers. I suggest meeting someone the old fashioned way, when your out and about. These past few years have made most of us introverts. I'm breaking out my box and meeting someone while I'm out shopping.

The concept is doing very well and its…

The concept is doing very well and its helpful to singles out there who are trying to meet a decent partner in life!
However!!!! Zoosk is too financially driven to start with. They could easily offer a prize to singles signing up for first time and are not totally sure that they want a membership! This will create excitement!! dont even consider granting a free 24 hour chat liaison to singles who are really hitting it off together.

absolute scam website without real people ... why allow accounts that show fake photos and messages that turn out to be total scams that are easily discovered within a couple hours.

I got a quick answer to my question…

I got a quick answer to my question about cancelling a revolving (annual ) charge. However, I think it would be helpful to have a "self-serve" method of doing this in the account page itself. I only got to do this through the "help" section.
I appreciate the alert about a scammer. I already had my doubts about this person because of the oss nature of his correspondence. Appreciate confirmation.

I paid for 6 months and suddenly it…

I paid for 6 months and suddenly it @failed to send” any messages I sent! I had a massive difficulty in finding how to complain, as there is nothing on the app to help you.
When I did I was assured that it had been fixed- it hadn’t!!
So, as I could not access any dates I asked for my money to be refunded and was merely pointed to how to cancel my renewal-which I’d already done. Poor in so many ways, pity!

I downloaded a photo in error instead of letting me apologise they blocked me and after I paid 6 month subscription. So sad as I had met someone

Tried to update my photo

Tried to update my photo. I deleted my original photo and the website would not accept my replacement. There is not a live person at zoosk to provide assistance and I finally gave up. I should have had several days remaining of my contract. This is scam company which has rigged every aspect of the company to squeeze more money from their customers at every opportunity. I will not be scammed for more money from these thieves. The whole agenda of the website id to squeeze more money from people.

As useful as waders to a midget

Have to score one star but on reality I'd actually give minus 100
Fake messages to get you to subscribe, I'm pretty sure 95% of the accounts are fakes / bots
Just try and put anything on there saying "I'm not a member, so can't see or send messages" not allowed but to meet this would just be a courtesy
Whatever you are considering spending on zoosk just take the cash outside and burn it, cheaper in long run and far more satisfying
