Alex Syberia Designs "Sweet Friend" May Release Blog Hop & Giveaway

 

Hello, Crafty Friends! I am so excited to be Guest Designing for Alex Syberia Designs to showcase some exciting new products from the Sweet Friend May Release. I am thrilled to also be a part of the BLOG HOP & GIVEAWAY (details below) to celebrate all of these friendship  themed stamps, dies, stencils and hot foil products. I had so much fun playing with this release! Today, I have two cards to share with you. So let's get started.

I am So Thankful to Have You in My Life! For my first card, I have a floral card featuring the absolutely beautiful Bouquet of Blessings Stamps, Bouquet of Blessings Creative Dies sets and Charming Flora Cover Die. These are both so gorgeous and can be used for so many different occasions.

I stamped one of the images from the Bouquet of Blessings Clear Stamp set onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the image with Copic markers and accented with gel pens. I used the coordinating Bouquet of Blessings Creative Dies to cut it out.

COPIC COLORS

Flowers: RV000/10/21/23/25, Y13

Greens: YG01/03/17

For the background, I diecut a piece of pink cardstock with the Charming Flora Cover Die. Next, I stamped one of the sentiments from the stamp set onto a piece of white cardstock and diecut it out with the coordinating die. 

I tied a bow to the pink panel with a ribbon from my stash. The colored image and sentiment were adhered using foam tape for a bit of dimensions and interest. Finally I adhered the panel to an A2 white card base (4.25" x 5.5").

Thank You For Your Friendship Friend! For my second card, I have a clean and simple card featuring the absolutely adorable Sweet Friend Stamps, Sweet Friend Creative Dies, Friend Die and Tiny Hearts Cover Die. These are all so sweet and seemed just perfect to be combined together.

I stamped one of the images from the Sweet Friend Clear Stamp set onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the image with Copic markers and accented with gel pens. I used the coordinating Sweet Friend Creative Dies to cut it out.

Mice: E50/51/53/33, R000/30

Pink: RV21/23/25

For the background, I diecut a piece of white cardstock with the Tiny Hearts Cover Die.  I adhered a pink cardstock panel to the back of it to show off the most beautiful array of hearts. 

For the sentiments, I stamped one of the sentiments from the Bouquet of Blessings stamp set onto a piece of white cardstock and diecut it out with the coordinating die from the Bouquet of Blessings Creative Dies. I also diecut the word and shadow die from the Friend Die out of the same Neenah cardstock and quickly colored the Friend word with a Copic marker (RV25) for a perfectly colored matched sentiment. 

The colored image and sentiments were adhered using foam tape for a bit of dimensions and interest. Finally I adhered the panel to an A2 white card base (4.25" x 5.5").
