So far, so good! We haven't actually used the sauna yet because we are still waiting on the electrician (the heater is electrical). But it appears to be exactly what we wanted. My husband and I assembled it in about 3 hours and overall, it was a very simple process. I would recommend at least 2 people to assemble, just to make it easier. Our order of the 2 person sauna has exceeded our expectations. We actually received our order almost 2 months ahead of the original expected date. This order showed up by freight delivery nicely packaged and organized with no damage from shipping. Almost heaven saunas did a very nice job of organizing and packaging all the parts. They include all the documentation you will need as well as more resources for assembly online if needed. Assembly takes about 2-3 hours and is best with a little help from another person. I was extremely impressed however with how well everything fit together and the quality of the wood. Almost heaven does provide some extra parts in case not all the wood staves work but overall everything went together much more smoothly than I could have hoped for. The instructions for an electrician to hook up the heater and install a 240v line were also very clear and helped that process go very smoothly too. Better than expected. Was able to get to 190F first run. The size is great and better than what you see in pictures. The back bench is quite deep. Whole setup is really amazing esp if you turn outside lights off and only use indoor LED. Suggest buying the additional wood flooring. Ended up canceling Go-Configure assembly as they don't do any of the electrical (useless IMO). Very happy with purchase. Price of wood is insane. Love it! Easy to assemble. I did it by myself. Other than smacking my head into the threshold and almost knocking myself out (now I know to duck a couple inches) , this sauna is epic! The one complaint I have is the “cd” player is not a CD player. It needs an SD card so I just use the radio. This model needs a dedicated circuit and that was a bit pricey but worth it. Gets nice and hot in a timely manner, I’m almost 6 ft talk and I have to bend over some get in. I don’t think we are going to be able to fit 4 people, more like 3. Unless you are short and supper skinny, it work work. Nonetheless I totally recommend for the value of what you get for the price. It doesn’t use a standard plug so keep that in mind. Sides and back are a little flimsy, but seems pretty solid once completely built. We installed our own 2x4 under the lower seat for more solid support. The instructions are not very clear, especially with what screw goes where, it was a guessing game. Also, you will need at minimum a 82 inch clearance to fit the front glass (1 whole piece) in. We had to knock out our ceiling drywall to fit it in our 9ft ht basement. Overall after a few tweaks, extra screws drilled and extra support we are pretty happy with it. Overall the unit works well as a sauna. But the erection instructions are very inadequate. The instructions made no mention of the need to completely remove all of the outside roof section screwed-on top panels to access the various connection plugs hidden inside. No mention was made that the power cord, instructions, installation screws, door handle and other small parts were all packed inside a small box which looks like some type of electronic control unit attached inside the unit's roof, and only accessible when the outside roof panels are removed. The various side panels generally fit together ok and are tight enough. But in our unit, when it was completely erected, a 1/4" gap is visible along the outside edge where the roof sits on top of the right side panels, in contrast to the tight no-gap fit on the left side (see photo). No amount of wiggling, pushing or adjusting the panels could eliminate this gap. Hopefully the gap will get smaller or disappear as the wood panels dry out, gradually adjust to each other, and settle together over time with use. The radio box screws into a small wooden bar that was pre-attached to the inside ceiling by small wire "nails." However, the first time the unit was used, of course these nails slipped right out, and the entire radio and its wooden housing dropped from the sauna ceiling, with its fall arrested by the connection wires. The radio, cd player and speakers all still work fine. But though Blue Tooth and usb connections are referenced in the radio's printed instructions, and a USB outlet is included in the face of the unit, my iPhone cannot find a Blue Tooth signal from the radio for connection purposes, and the USB port fails to play a plugged-in cable music feed from my iPhone. So, overall we're satisfied with the sauna, but must report the inadequate erection instructions, the ceiling section's fitting gap with the top of the right side panels, and the radio's housing and performance shortcomings..
