My best parts of my experience with Camelback HS are the friendships I made right away.
I am in the Montessori College Prep program in my HS and it is great!
The teachers and program directer is amazing.
My teachers outside the program are awesome.
I love the community events that bring classmates, Family, and teachers together.
The only worst experience I had was a between me and another student.
I was trapped and drained when in that situation, I was scared of judgment or no one take the time to help me with my situation. However, i talked to my program directer about it, Mrs. Nguyen, she was there and we resolved the situation. She communicated with my counselor and teachers for them to be aware, and i feel much more safe.
I went through something similar like the experience before in middle school, I never got the guidance I needed. I am so grateful for all that my program in my HS has done for me! My overrall experience with Camelback High school was life changing.

The best part of Camelback High School is being a spartan. Many teachers and administrators are tremendously helpful when you need a help with anything. I for one at a moment needed that help and the adult that helped me and is still helping me. They care about our education but they also care about our mental state, what we need, how can they provide, etc. Moreover, I do not believe there something that should be changed. It is great school overall and a great environment.
My experience with Camelback School is mediocre. Some of our bathrooms do not have locks and we have over the required students in some classes. We do have resources such as laptops and the Internet. But, on the other hand, everything about our school is digital such as our bathroom passes or any passes in general. So, when we don't have bad wifi or slow wifi for the day it sets us back from using the bathroom and our other tasks for the day.
Another thing I wanted to talk about was the constant schedule change we have at our school. Before they would change it the next school year now we are having a next semester schedule change with Independent learning days and late starts on top of that. Then on top of all of thing confusion, our school is wondering about the absences we are having. We need to have a consistent schedule so students know what day is what instead of starting or working from home. In the end these are some of the stuff I would like to see change at camelback school.
