Kay A. Schaffer

Kay Ann Schaffer, 71, of Edgewood, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2024, surrounded by family, at her home in rural Edgewood. She was born Sept. 21, 1952, in Dubuque, the daughter of Louis and Elizabeth (Oberbroeckling) Loeffelholz. Kay was raised in the Petersburg and Dyersville areas and was a 1970 graduate of Western Dubuque High School.
