With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Brenda Brown of Westwood, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 3, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Frederick Hoey and Ruth Hoey; and her husband Richard H. Brown. She is survived by : her children, Jennifer (Andrew) of Daniel Island, SC and Loring Brown of Dunwoody, GA.; her cousin Geraldine A. Moynihan of Falmouth, MA; her sisters-in-law, Carol Chase of Norwood, MA and Nancy Brown Pawlyshyn of Westwood, MA; and her grandchildren, Drew, Lilly, Jack, Pierce Mullen and Graham Brown.
A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Stella Maris Catholic Church (1204 Middle St, Sullivan's Island, SC 29482).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lowcountry Community Hospice House 374 Myers Road Summerville, SC 29486.
