    Oh Pooh!

    I had occasional problems over the last month and a half connecting my KEYone to my Laptop, but would always work after rebooting both.

    Today I had the problem again so I thought well, I'll d/l and install the current driver from BBM/Blackberry.

    I downloaded the file - BlackBerry-USBDrivers-5.0.0.2(Windows) - installed and rebooted both devices.

    Now it will not recognize the KEYone at all.

    I can't find a way to roll the driver back, so I started the install and removed it.

    Again, Win 10 doesn't recognize the KEYone?

    What's next?

    Suggestions?

    False alarm... turned out my cable/stand stopped working. Sigh!
