Power 4 Starter

Reminds Us Of

Rasul Douglas Philadelphia Eagles

Tall and long cornerback prospect with very high frame potential relative to the position. Great height and length that manifest in breakups on the field. Experience on both sides of the ball with ball skills that aid in the secondary. Size and length suggest plenty of potential as a press corner. Should be reliable in red-zone situations. Has shown good awareness in off-man and zone coverage with encouraging anticipatory skills. Natural high-pointer who can turn into the receiver in 50-50 scenarios. Often plays too upright. Can improve lateral mobility and overall fluidity in coverage. Shows adequate top-end speed thanks to speed-building long gait, but can improve initial quick-twitch explosion. Again, owns a ton of frame space, but is narrow and will need to add some strength transitioning to college. Tall DB with potential position versatility, ball skills, and awareness who could become quality Power 5 starter.
