The A.D.A.M. SmartCare product supports HL7 URL-based implementation.

A.D.A.M. has a variety of delivery options available to you based on your hosting preference. These options include A.D.A.M.- hosted Application Service Provider (ASP), client-hosted HTML, client-hosted XML, and Web Services API. Please note that some products are available in all 4 delivery options, while other products are applications that are available only via ASP.

If you are a single user (student or instructor) go to the main login page for your A.D.A.M. product and select Forgot Your User ID or Forgot Your Password. For your User ID, you will be prompted for your email address that you registered the product under, as well as your secret question and answer. For your password, you will be prompted for your User ID, email, and secret question and answer. Select Recover and you will be sent and email with your current information.
If you are a site-license user behind your institution's Internet, contact your institution's system administrator.

The cause of a white screen when accessing the product is due to pop-up blockers being enabled in your browser or the browser is not running in compatibility mode.

Please try Ctrl+Alt as you open the link for the web site.

Different toolbars, programs, and browsers such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Firefox also contain pop-up blockers.

Please be sure you have turned them off or allowed the program in all browsers that you may be running on your computer.

If you enter an incorrect username and password combination five times when attempting to log into an ADAM program your account will be locked as a safety feature to prevent access to your subscription by an unauthorized user. If you find that your account is "locked" when trying to log in, you will simply need to contact our support team by email at educationsupport@ebix.com . We will respond within 24 hours. You may also need to refer to the instructions on retrieving your username or password, or both.

If your instructor has notified you that Lab Exercises are required as a component to your course, you will need to complete one additional step after purchasing your subscription. We simply ask that you email us confirmation of your subscription (usually received when completing your order online) along with a short message requesting that lab exercises be activated within your account. We will then add your lab exercise component within 24 hours.

The 3D Anatomy portion of our program requires Unity 3d Player to be installed locally on your computer.
