We spent a night here and everything is great! If you are fans of minimalist, you will definitely fall for this twin suite with sea view. You can enjoy sea view and jockey club view at the same time inside the room. Bed is cozy and bathroom is clean as expected. However, this hotel might not suit those who don’t have car, because the location is quite far from Taipa old village and downtown.

The experience of staying in the Macau Roosevelt’s Marilyn suite was wonderful. It comes a loft bedroom with a king size bed and two twin beds, also two bathrooms which is couple friendly and family friendly. The room service was prompt and friendly. The view was stunning surrounded by the Macau Jockey Club and the hotel’s swimming pool. Highly recommend to spend some time in the huge swimming pool with a great view for the drinks, tanning and taking pictures. The decoration of the room is simple yet neat with two huge tv and high tech touch screen monitors for the lights, curtains and air conditioners. Facilities in the gym room are complete with great music and plenty of space. We went to the dim sum place at the 3rd floor of the hotel next morning. The food and service was really good too. Will definitely revisit again for the view and hospitality.

I’m amaze of this hotel. This is the first time that I book a 5 star hotel everything is excellent. Very clean, hygienic and and spacious room. Good for business and for leisure for affordable 5 star hotel experience. The staff is very friendly, helpful and very professional always ready to assist you. The location is perfect near the bus stop and have free shuttle bus going to airport, immigration and tourist spot in broken church so I save money to pay for taxi or Uber. I stay at Macau Roosevelt for 3 days and they change all the linen bed sheet and the towels and clean the bathroom everyday when I go shopping so everyday have a fresh refill my amenities everyday. The view deck of the swimming pool is so breathtaking that is the reason why I book at Macau Roosevelt. It is a highly recommended. Keep it up Macau Roosevelt.

We booked at Macau Roosevelt Hotel on our last day of our Macau trip. I anticipated a certain level of service from a 5 star hotel but I was disappointed by a number of things.

Firstly the reception my staff at check in was lukewarm. The staff seriously needs training on customer service. The concierge did not assist us with our luggage upon arrival by taxi and reluctantly opened the door. After checking in the cleaner barged into our room, we had to keep the door locked in case such intrusion to our privacy occurred in future. My biggest annoyance was the $1000 deposit required at check in and the speech we were given about extra charges if we use more of this and that in the room. We did not feel welcomed at all, if anything it felt like we are simply here to make them money.

On the up side, the hotel facilities and location are great. The room is comfortable and clean and is equipped with modern appliances like a heated toilet. Our room had only a bathtub, not ideal if you’re not travelling alone. My favourite part of room was the large window with a lounging bench providing a great view of the sea canal.

The hotel does not come with much of the perks you’d expect from a 5 star hotel, but it’s okay to stay for a night if you’re not particular about getting a premium hotel experience.

I was staying with my wife and daughter between 20-22 Apr 2023, I took turbojet from Hong Kong to Taipa terminal, Hotel provided free shuttle bus between terminal and hotel, however the schedule did not match my arrival time, so I took LRT instead. And the travel duration between terminal and closest station for hotel was just around 15 mins, then walk ahead around 10 mins to hotel. I had been paid the room upgrade fee to racecourse view with balcony, I could see the whole racecourse and part of the sea view which really awesome! Room was so nice and quiet, and special the elsafe was designed like a jewellery box and it really much more better than rest of the hotel just put the elsafe at the ground near main door. Even there was not much shop around the hotel, they do a small convenience store right at hotel lobby. I would like to appreciate Hotel Front office Manager-Mr. Ronald Jim regarding some unpleasant experience happened during the stay, and Ronald did a quick response and show much courtesy, I am sure I will stay this hotel again in next time. Highly recommend if you like quiet environments.

By far the worst I've experienced for customer service in hospitality for recent years. Check-in staff was not friendly and not engage in small chat to make guest feel more welcoming. Over at the pool area, there's no life guard on duty and the gym staff was not approachable when asked about the operating hours. Sun shade was not able to open fully as was told by staff this is the company policy. Worst part actually came from the Level G resturant when having breakfast, staff automatically consolidate the fruits for you and your partner without asking. When confronted, they expect you to know and would not acknowledge is their fault for not informing the guest in the first place. Overall, very bad...not even worth a 4 stars..definitely need to review their customer service standards.

Macau Roosevelt is a hotel that satisfies all my requirements. They have mouth-watering and appetising food, and their designs are just amazing!! Their interior hotel room designs have a unique style, and their lobby has a western-style which suits me. Even their exterior design of their building shows how much effort they have put in to make this look attractive and pleasing. Would definitely recommend you to visit this hotel when you are free, anything here offers me a new opportunity to experience and observe new things. 😄😄

Amazing designed room , the balcony sofa can even fit one more person. I was lucky to see the sunset in the room. Lovely bathroom.
Shuttle bus was on time , 2 of them went to Venetian and 1 went to Macau city. Besides, there was a light rail about 5 -7 min walk

We stayed in this hotel because most friends recommended. We requested for a baby cot upon check-in and we have to follow it up 5 times until 8:00pm. Tv from the room is not working properly. Pool opens at 10:00am which is very late already and too hot to swim. In the afternoon, there’s a lot of people swimming and they ran out of towels for guest! They don’t provide airpump for guest’s floaters so every guest have to pump trough their mouth. Service from pool and gym staffs are very unacceptable. What a shame!

Probably the most stylish hotel in Macau .. elegantly designed indoor and outdoor areas with a shuttle bus going to and from macau ferry on taipa and the macau peninsula. staff were very freindly.. the rooms are so fancy and better value in my opinion to the other larger hotels in taipa ..

Yes they do. I can’t remember if it was 50 hkd or at least half of the room rate 🤔 (my sincere apology for not remembering exactly the amount 🙈)
