Megan Larson

Hi. I’m Megan. I am the executive producer of How to LA. I wear a few hats -- newsletter and podcast editor, supervisor of this awesome crew, and general booster of all things LAist and LA. I’ve lived in a few cities, but I am born and bred in LA (ok, Pasadena but I hung out on Melrose as a teen) and returned here to raise my kids right smack in the middle of Miracle Mile. It’s a nutsy and beautiful place and I can’t imagine living anywhere else.

Just so you know my bona fides, I have been in public radio for loooong time, producing Marketplace with Kai Ryssdal and Take Two with A Martinez before taking on HTLA with Brian De Los Santos and Aaricka Washington. It’s been a journey.
