The QSIP Team commenced the collaboration project with us in Summer 2022. They conducted situational analysis to assist us in identifying our school’s major concerns following the previous school development cycle, worked tirelessly with us on drafting up the school plans in order that the initiatives could be implemented more clearly, effectively and strategically, and went ‘hand in hand’ with us on devising our school-based trans-curricular learning programme and values education framework in which the newly appointed middle-level leaders were being nurtured at the same time.

Besides scheduled face-to-face meetings and workshops, we exchanged Whatsapp messages, made phone calls and had Zoom meetings from time to time to plan every detail, to generate every teaching idea and to evaluate and streamline every measure together. We extend our gratitude to every school development officer who works as our collaborators steering us towards the sustainable development of our school throughout the P-I-E journey.
