Yolande Du Bois Williams Irvin

Ms. DuBois was a dear, dear childhood friend of my mother, Barbara Ward Clark. They met while she was living with Dr. W.E.B. Du Bois in the Morgan Park section of Baltimore City and stayed friends throughout their lives. I came to know her in her better in later years, and enjoyed her stories of their younger years as well as her stories of her grandfather. She was a very vibrant and wise woman, and I shall miss her. My sincere condolences to her family.
