Emily Yip
As the manager of my counselling team for over 10 years, I have overseen numerous successful and touching cases from my students, as well as their parents. Our duty as education consultants is more challenging than ever, as we need to become mediators, secretaries, social workers, and even financial planners help our students better. However, at the end of the day, the heartfelt thank you from my student is the greatest satisfaction I receive from my job.

Fred Leung
Having studied in the UK since GCSE’s, I have a lot of experience in what students should know when studying abroad, including tips to overcoming cultural shock, combatting homesickness, and making most of their student life overseas. Since joining IDP in 2012, I brought with me a wealth of experience in international education to help students gain perspective and explore more options.

I have worked in IDP for many years and am familiar with studying in Australia, UK, USA, Canada, and New Zealand. I have visited numerous colleges and universities in the UK and Australia and understand the education system and learning environment. By actively listening to the needs and desires of students and parents, I help them find the course that best matches their study goals.

I completed my bachelor’s degree in the UK and aspire to help students achieve their study goals by providing professional consultation and sharing my own experience as an international student.

Being educated in Canada since middle school and spending almost a decade in the country has enhanced my knowledge in their culture and education system. Living under such a diverse culture is definitely one of the most precious experiences in my life and I am passionate to share my stories with students and assist them in pursuing their dreams to study overseas.

I pursued my high school and post-secondary studies in Canada, and it was one of the best times of my life. For the past 10 years or so of living in Canada, I’ve become acquainted with the studies in Canada and its culture. I’d be more than happy to advise students on appropriate institutions and programs tailored to their needs with my personal experience.

Studying in the UK as an exchange student not only enabled me to explore a different way of living and learning, but also introduced me to the challenges and difficulties a student might encounter when studying aboard. By utilising my experiences, I’d strive to cater students’ needs and assist them in choosing the best-suited study path.

Having completed my secondary studies and bachelor’s degree in the UK, I am familiar with the English education system. My experience growing up in the UK for over 20 years has prepared me to provide a range of native cultural and lifestyle insights for students. I aim to inspire students in their motivation for studying abroad and create a positive and helpful counselling experience.

Pursuing my studies in the UK since GCSE provides me a deep understanding of the British education system, lifestyle and culture. I aspire to assist each student in selecting the suitable curriculum and institution by fully comprehend their needs.

Nerissa Chow
Used to finish high school and tertiary studies in Australia. Had a Wonderful life time in a beautiful and botanic environment. Very familiar with Australian's native culture and study life. Desire to provide taylor-made counseling services for international students with a wonderful lifelong experience.

Yan Wong
Completed an exchange program in The United States, I gained insight into different education cultures and systems, as well as understanding the needs and challenges of studying aboard. Those experience and knowledge have equipped me with the skills to provide professional guidance for students to pursue higher education aboard.
